the first time I went to see the doc here, I was shocked to be told
at the clinic that the doctor has reached his patient quota for the
day and can't see any more patients .... and it was 2pm ...
I was like ... 
yes, Singapore health care is expensive, and if you're poor, the
wait can be horrendous ... but welcome to "socialist" health care
....
